Why eYogaBags?  Why does one carry a yoga bag?

eYogaBags is your source for unique and stylish yoga mat bags.  We have searched the world over to provide you with exceptional designs and high quality products.  Our site is not only a shopping destination, but it is also a place to share your thoughts, ideas and words or wisdom as related to your yoga practice.  Think of it as a community. 

Needless to say, a yoga mat does not need to be carried in a bag.  You can just as well carry your mat in your arms.  But when you practice every day and your yoga mat is with you as much as your keys or wallet, a yoga bag literally becomes a necessity.  So why not look good as your doing something you love?

How do I know if my yoga mat will fit into your bags?

For the standard mat, the dimensions typically are: 24” W x 68” L (thickness is usually 1/8” – 1/4”, and there are even some that are 5/16”).  There are some yoga mats that are 26” in width (many of the Manduka brand yoga mats are 26” in width).  Most mats are 68” in length, but if you are over 6 ft. tall or prefer a longer mat (the Manduka brand offers longer mats), mats do come in 71” – 85” lengths.  The only way to really know the size of your yoga mat is to measure it (using a tape measure/ruler).  Most of the bags on eYogaBags will accommodate the standard-sized mat.  The bags that will accommodate a larger mat (mats measuring 26" W x 71" L) will be noted in their description.  Please check the dimensions of the bag (and your mat) before you make a purchase.  And if you have any questions about sizing, please feel free to contact us.

Why do I need to create an account?

For the most convenient shopping experience, create your account and save your information.  With an account, you can:

• Take advantage of Express Checkout.  It’s secure, fast and easy!
• Review your order history, view your store credit or save your favorite items (wish list). 
• Track the status of your order
• Save frequently used addresses.

How do I place an order?

Ordering on eYogaBags is simple, easy and secure.  Follow these 3 easy steps to checkout:

Step 1 - Shop our site.  To add an item to your shopping bag, click Add to Cart located next to your desired item.  

Step 2 - When you have finished shopping, click on Cart located at the top-right of the page to review your selections.

Step 3 - Checkout with a secure transaction using eYogaBags Checkout or PayPal.  (**Currently, we are only accepting payment via PayPal.  Our apologies for any inconvenience.**)

When will I receive my order confirmation? 

After you place an order with us, you will receive two emails from us - an order confirmation immediately after an order is placed to detail your transaction, and a shipment notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

How do I make a return?

How do I find the status of my order?

If you have an Account with us, login and you will be able to review your order information, order history and order status.  If you don’t have an Account with us, you can refer to your shipment notification email and enter your tracking information into the listed shipping web site.

By subscribing to the eYogaBags newsletter, you can stay up-to-date on our latest promotions, new products and what’s going on in the world of eYogaBags.  Plus, as a subscriber, you’ll be eligible for special contests and promotions to which non-subscribers won’t be privy.  Imagine that?

What do I do when I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on Login located the top-right of the page.  Then, click on Forgot Your Password? located at the bottom of the box.  Enter your email, click Recover Password and a new login key will be sent to you.  Click the link in the email to sign in, and then change your password.

What are my payment options?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or via PayPal.  Sorry, we do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).  (**Currently, we are only accepting payment via PayPal.  Our apologies for any inconvenience.**)

Do you offer gift certificates?

Currently, we do not offer gift certificates.  But we hope to have gift certificates available very soon!  Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Is sales tax applied to orders?

Purchases made in Massachusetts will include a 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax.

What are eYogaBags’ security measures?

Because eYogaBags uses some of the most sophisticated commercially available security software, it is extremely unlikely that any personal information that you transmit to us will be misappropriated.  In the rare instance that an unauthorized person obtains your credit card information and uses it, by federal law, you are only liable for the first $50.  In any instance where you have discovered or suspect fraud, you need to contact your credit card companies immediately.  

eYogaBags has implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.  Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights.  When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server.  All sensitive/credit information supplied by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and securely stored in eYogaBag's database.

eYogaBags is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our web site.  We take this matter very seriously, and have instituted many policies and procedures to insure that none of your privacy rights are ever violated.  

How do we use information?

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our web site if you would like to receive our newsletter, as well as updates on our new products and services.  Information you submit on our web site will not be used for this purpose unless you subscribe to our newsletter.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

How do I submit a review and/or picture of myself with an eYogaBags product?

It’s easy!  All you have to do is send us an email with 'eYogaBags Review' in the subject line.  We’ll review it within the next 2-3 business days and notify you before we post it on our web site.

How often do you add new products to your site?

We are always on the lookout for new and wonderful products to add to our store.  If you subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll make sure you’re ‘in the know’.  And if there is a product and/or designer you wish to see on eYogaBags, please feel free to let us know.  We’d love to hear your suggestions and ideas!
