Do you offer free ground shipping?
Yes we do! Shipping is included on all orders shipping via the standard ground method to addresses inside the contiguous USA only. Free Shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, off-shore U.S. territories and possessions (such as Puerto Rico), or any orders shipped outside the United States. There's no limit to how many products you can order under the included shipping offer.
What shipping methods are available for US orders?
Standard delivery is shipped by FedEx, UPS or United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Expedited shipping is available via UPS and FedEx (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight/Next Day Air Saver).
What are estimated delivery times?
Your order is processed immediately after credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained and will normally ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been processed. All orders with shipping addresses within the continental United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING and are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Standard shipping can take from 4-10 business days to arrive at your destination. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
If you would like expedited shipping, you can choose the appropriate method at checkout and the additional shipping charge will automatically be calculated.
Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard Delivery (4-10 days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight (next business day) Delivery. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Some orders may be shipped using USPS, depending on delivery address. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, and Canada is by Standard delivery only, and the average delivery time is 8-12 business days. Please note that orders to Hawaii are shipped using USPS.
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the following Monday.
3 Day Shipping
All Third Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Third Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Third Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
Third Day Air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, off-shore U.S. territories and possessions or Canada.
2nd Day Air
All Second Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Second Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
Second Day Air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, off-shore U.S. territories and possessions or Canada.
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed with Overnight Delivery (next business day) must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 a.m. EST. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval.
Overnight Delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, off-shore U.S. territories and possessions or Canada.
What are international/non-contiguous USA shipping rates?
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and off-shore U.S. territories and possessions is a flat rate of $15.
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $18.
International shipping is a flat rate of $38.
It usually takes from 8-15 business days for a Canadian/international shipment to arrive.
- Processing time, for orders, is normally 1 business day. (exceptions: order payment verification time, customs may hold packages for periods of time before releasing.)
- Unfortunately, there is no expedited shipping for Canadian/international orders.
- Free Shipping does not apply to Canadian/international orders.
- All orders are shipped via USPS [United States Postal Service].

- Please allow 8-15 business days for delivery.
- While we do our best to provide all proper documentation for custom officials, they may delay the package's transit time by several business days.
- For international shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. eYogaBags is not made aware of if and when these charges may occur and is not responsible for them. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
- Refused Shipments - If you refuse any shipments from eYogaBags.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to eYogaBags.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
- Coupon codes are not valid for Canadian/international orders due to the extra amount of care and effort that goes into the packing and shipping each Canadian/international order.
Do we ship to P.O. boxes or hotels?
Please note that we do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes.
How can I track my shipping?
Orders are processed immediately and sent out within 1-2 business days after the order has been processed. You'll receive notification via email when your order is processed, and again when your order is shipped. In your email, you will receive a tracking number (if available), along with the corresponding shipping web site, where you can enter your tracking number and follow the shipping status.

What is our return policy?
We strive to provide unique and quality products, along with exceptional customer service. However, occasionally situations may arise where you may not be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with any purchase, we are glad to accept returns or exchanges of any new and unused items, accompanied by an RMA Number, postmarked up to 30 days after you have received the item. Returns received 30+ days after the shipped date will incur a 20% restocking fee.
How do I return an item?
eYogabags offers fast and easy online returns. If you would like to return a product for a refund or credit within our store, it can be done only by following the guidelines within this policy. If an item is returned without meeting the requirements within this policy, the item will be refused and sent back to the purchaser. At that point no refund or credit will be issued, so it's vital that you follow the procedures listed here. In order for us to be able to take an item back for a credit or refund, the following requirements must be met:
- The product cannot be used.
- The product must be in perfect, resalable condition (if it's defective/damaged you must contact us immediately after the product has been shipped/received)
- An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning the product (instructions on obtaining an RMA are covered later on in this policy)
- You must have all the original packaging; the box(es), bags, etc.
- Returns received 30+ days after the shipped date will incur a 20% restocking fee.
If all of the above requirements are met, please email us at returns[at]eyogabags.com for an RMA Number and return shipment instructions. In your RMA Number request email, please provide the name of the person that ordered the product, and the order number that was listed on the receipt. We will respond within 24 – 48 hours. Remember, if you declare that all these requirements are met and we find that to be untrue upon arrival of the product, it will be refused and returned back to you.
After receiving the RMA Number, pack the product along with the printed email with the RMA Number in the original package, if possible.
Am I guaranteed a refund/credit?
Once your product is received at our return center, it will be inspected for 2 things; shipping damages, and to assure the above requirements were truly met before the product was shipped to us. If the product passes inspection, you will be given the option of receiving an in-store credit for the full purchase price of the product, or you can choose a refund for the amount you paid (minus the amount we paid in shipping and handling costs to originally send out the product, in addition to the 20% restocking fee, if applicable). The refund will be processed back to the credit card or PayPal account that was originally used to make the purchase.
Am I responsible for shipping the product back to you?
You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the product back to us. Our shipping costs will not be refunded. If your product was shipped with free shipping, once we receive the product and it has passed inspection, we will refund you your purchase price minus our shipping and handling costs which can range from $7.00-$15.00. If you paid for shipping, we will refund you the full purchase price of the product (we don't refund you what you paid for shipping). Or, we can issue you an in-store credit for the full purchase price of the product. As a pre-caution, we urge you to insure your product for the full purchase price when returning it to us.
How long does it take to receive a return credit?
Once we receive the returned item, along with the related RMA Number, and it passes our inspection, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Or, you will be emailed notifying you of your available merchandise credit. In either situation, you will be notified once we receive the returned item, and you will receive a separate email once your refund has been processed or your credit has been issued. Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges on sale merchandise. All sale merchandise is final sale.
